"Great guys they have the job to install the rest of my applices"

"The plumber called to let us know he was on his way. He was here on time. He did good work and cleaned up after himself. I would hire Winchester Plumbing and Gas again."

"Great experience.  Mr. Rorer came out and gave us an estimate and came back and did the repairs a couple of days later.  He found the root problem with the roof and fixed it.  The price was very reasonable.  He is an honest repairman.

"Best experience ever.  I contacted three contractors asking for bids.  Marshall Painter came to my home twice before submitting a bid.  Amazingly his bid was half of the other bids I received.  I then contacted him again and he once again came to my home and we talked about the project.  He had given me a bid of $9000.00 but when he came to my home this time he apologized and immediately told me that he had miss-quoted me before and the job would actually be $11,000.  This price was still half of what I received from other contractors so we talked for a while and I gave Marshall the job.  The next day I called Miss Utility and had the utilities marked and Marshall went for the permit.  A few days later the job began.  Each day Marshall and his team showed up bright and early at 7:00 a.m. and worked 12 hour days.  In one week construction was completed and my wife and I were more than happy with the results. The day the inspector came a couple of things did not pass inspection.  One item was pretty simple, just a couple of bolts in the headers.  However the inspector said that some metal flanges had to be installed both in the ceiling and under the flooring.  Marshall couldn't find anything in the plans or requirements but rather than argue with the inspector he spent an additional day fixing the problems and the next day the inspector came back and passed the job.  Marshall handled the situation in a professional manner that guaranteed the job would get done instead of complaining and causing problems with the inspector.  Absolutely, positively, the best porch ever built.  We wanted a large outdoor living space where we could entertain and our new porch more than fulfills our wants or desires."

"Fernando cut and removed all the mortar joints on my stone walkway. Then he installed new mortar. He showed up on the date and time we discussed and the work was completed on time. He was clean and respectful of my property. He took the time to carefully remove old mortar and preserve our existing stones. The walkway looks great and we plan on hiring Fernando again!"

"Not only did Eddie obtain all the required accessories and brackets, he went out of his way to solve networking and access problems that were causing significant problems. He set up the TV in record time, cleanly and securely. The installation could not have gone better and the price he charged was very very fair."

"Don did a great job. I needed 2 vanity tops removed and new ones installed, plus a few other odd jobs (remove old door and hang a new one, chalk around kitchen counter, replace wax ring on 4 toilets). He was very nice, very responsive, and did a great job. I will use him again!  Highly recommended."

"Replaced kitchen cabinets, installed new appliances and quartz countertops with tile backsplash, tore down and rebuilt attached family room, added island to kitchen, replaced flooring with hardwood and upgraded electrical in both rooms, new lighting in family room, refinished wood floors in all downstairs rooms, upgraded electrical service to 200A, ran new circuit to garage. Work began immediately after Thanksgiving and most work completed and appliances installed Dec 23rd just in time for holidays. Work was done quickly, efficiently and professionally, trash constantly removed, foreman was always available and immediately responsive during this time. We were required to purchase new appliances ourselves which they installed, which we preferred. 1/3 payment required upfront, 1/3 when work started and the remainder when work was substantially completed and rooms livable (their definition). The contract allowed 10% of that final payment to be held back until all work listed and priced in the contract was completed. Although that seemed to be a lot to pay before work was completed, I correctly believed they could be trusted to complete the work quickly and properly. When mistakes were made which occasionally happened (e.g. a light wouldn't turn off and the range hood wouldn't vent), they returned immediately to correct the problem. All the contractors and subcontractors were professional, polite and helpful."

"Nobody in network picked up the call while it was freezing cold, Mike Lyell was able to help me get the leaks sealed and my gas was turned back on! Still waiting on my reimbursement."
