We had to replace our 1980s polybutylene pipes as they were finally starting to leak, and knew it would be an invasive job. The root cause was accurately triaged to a backup on the main drain pipe where the two PVC drain pipes connected. With a declogging auger machine, Charles was able to unclog the main drain pipe drain running the full 50ft auger metal line and test the water successfully draining from half full sink of water all in under 60 minutes. Charles' ongoing interaction & communications during the full session of the fix was fairly reassuring versus other contractors who may mind more onlooking from customers for edification."
