He was professional and clear in his explanation of his prices, scheduling, pricing/payment, etc. His team showed up on time and were very thorough and efficient. "Purchased the Angie's deal coupon for $250 for full HVAC cleaning and all vents and returns.  During cleaning they found some black mold and recommended deep cleaning for additional $250.  They showed us pics of where the mold and other dirty stuff was and we decided to have them clean it since I doubt duct cleaning was ever performed for this house.  We were satisfied with the result.  The cleaner was prompt and explained everything in detail.  We were satisfied with the service.

"We were very happy with the cleaning service provided by Skilled Maids. The level of cleaning when beyond our expectations, even cleaning inside appliances. The cleaning crew of 2 arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were fast, efficient and hard working and completed the job in their estimated time frame. The work cost $231 for 5.5 person hrs (2 people for 2.25hrs), which is similar to prices offered by other firms, but the service we received was better than any other cleaning service we have used. We will be using Skilled Maids again and will be setting up a monthly service."
