"Nice and Clean did an excellent job of cleaning our town home. Carlos, the owner, came personally to do an initial assessment and estimate. He was professional and clear in his explanation of his prices, scheduling, pricing/payment, etc. His team showed up on time and were very thorough and efficient. Our house looked great, particularly the bathrooms, which needed some extra work. We are using them for regularly cleanings and the experience so far has been the same. She washed the floors and yes, I mean washed. The floors need to be washed and not wiped. My house is clean from top to bottom. They did not miss a thing. Flor and her crew even wore shoe covers so that they did not walk on the carpets and all over the house with wet street shoes. "This was an excellent experience with a very professional cleaning crew. I'm afraid I do not remember the name of the 2 gentlemen who did the work, I was caught up in moving frenzy and did not stop to write this review immediately after the work was completed. The level of clean they were able to achieve was truly amazing, and over the next couple months leading up to settlement, the stains did not resurface as so often happens. Within a couple hours they transformed the appearance of the wall to wall carpet in our home, erasing stains that previous big name carpet cleaners were not able to budge. These men were courteous and professional, no up selling additional treatments or services, as had happened with previous companies. I recommend this business highly, it was an absolutely wonderful experience with a great out come at a reasonable price."

"Purchased the Angie's deal coupon for $250 for full HVAC cleaning and all vents and returns.  During cleaning they found some black mold and recommended deep cleaning for additional $250.  They showed us pics of where the mold and other dirty stuff was and we decided to have them clean it since I doubt duct cleaning was ever performed for this house.  We were satisfied with the result.  The cleaner was prompt and explained everything in detail.  We were satisfied with the service.

"We clean our carpets every 6 months for maintenance and to increase the longevity of our carpets. This was our first time using this company. He steamed cleaned the carpet in 2 small apartments which included stairs! Cleaning the second apartment that day was a last minute decision and I wasn’t home to help move things around. Kevin took the time and put in extra effort to move things off the floor (baby jumper, glider chair, pack and play, totes, suitcase, toys, etc) in order to do a great job. This was really nice and so helpful, because not everyone will. He also made note of cleaning up some areas of dried paint our painters left behind! That’s not fun or easy to do. Our carpets are cleaned and refreshed now. Kevin was on time, communicative, professional but friendly, and followed up after the job was completed. I will definitely use this company again!"
