"Carlos' team has done everything for me at this point: a move-in cleaning for my condo, a move-out cleaning for my last apartment, deep cleanings, and a bi-weekly maintenance clean (ongoing, after a pause for the first four months or so of the pandemic). They do a wonderful job and Carlos is always really, really responsive by text to any questions or updates. The day before they clean, I always get a note telling me when they'll come by (so I can hide to keep working and stay out of the way) and they're always on time. The team is super efficient and always makes my house look and smell wonderful, even though I am not a great housekeeper on my own and have a cat, who is a shedder. "This was an excellent experience with a very professional cleaning crew. I'm afraid I do not remember the name of the 2 gentlemen who did the work, I was caught up in moving frenzy and did not stop to write this review immediately after the work was completed. The level of clean they were able to achieve was truly amazing, and over the next couple months leading up to settlement, the stains did not resurface as so often happens. Within a couple hours they transformed the appearance of the wall to wall carpet in our home, erasing stains that previous big name carpet cleaners were not able to budge. "We requested a deep clean and received a good, though typical, clean. We do not fault the actual cleaners rather difference in opinion as to what a deep clean is. When we say deep clean, we mean cleaning things that are not normally cleaned in a routine cleaning like vents and baseboard and window ledges. But overall, if you’re looking for a good routine cleaning, I would recommend."

"I purchased the Angie's List deal for having our whole house air ducts cleaned and sanitized for $199. Our vents were very dirty having undergone two major house renovations. Because of how our vents are set up, our technician Val told us that they would be very hard to clean (we living in a 1959 rambler) and we might require multiple cleanings. As they were working, the weren't aware of the amount of dust that was being scattered throughout the house, again, due to the setup of our venting system. After he left, I needed to go throughout the house and clean the thing layer of dust that had settled on all surfaces. Val felt awful and apologized multiple times and you could tell that he was being sincere. He did recommend that we use an anti-bacteria and fumigation treatment because of mold he found in the vents (which he showed us pictures of) and had recommended purchasing a UV lamp to stop the growth of mold in the future. We opted to forgo the UV lamp, but purchase the additional cleaning options, which should have cost $275. It was clear that Val felt bad about the dust in the house because after we agreed to the additional cleaning, he dropped the price to $175 and also cleaned our dryer vent for free."
