A few years ago I had someone else supposedly fix this type of stucco and it didn't last. These folks are excellent and very knowledgeable. "Great work, walls and trim and ceilings look great. Very easy to work with, very responsive to emails and calls. Lead workman spoke English. Wonderful about adding last minute work. Very easy to schedule. Overall a great experience. I would use them again. Why not an A? Clean up was subpar. Paint splatters left on windows and switches had paint on them. Some wall plates were put back up before paint dried, so were stuck on. Other wall items were not removed for painting. I bieve I could have had them back to address these issues without a delay or problem, I had my furniture and household delivered in short order and didn't want to deal with it all. We cleaned it up. That is the only reason they didn't get an A.

"Felipe told me when they installed all the drywall in our basement that what he cared about most was that we were completely happy with his work, and that he would do whatever it took to insure this.  They installed all the basement drywall in March of this year and a few months later some cracks formed along some of the seams.  I called Alex Lemus and they were out in less than a week to repair the cracks and reprimer the finished work.  They did a full repair, retaping, remudding, sanding, and primering the cracked seams.  I was very satisfied with their response.
