"Everything went great!  It all started when we tried to replace a 30 year old shower door.  When the door was removed, the tiles in the opening were a mess.  The provider directed me to a tile show room were they were able to match existing tiles with better ones for attaching the new shower door.  They came to remove the old tiles and install the new ones quickly and the result was beautiful and seamless.  I am thrilled with their work.

"Ran into a couple of PHR guys at a "home show". We have had an estimate from a few years back but other projects and covid got in the way. PHR sent out their sales rep, Matt, and he gave us a review of services and estimated the cost. Whole home reside, new soffits, new facsia, new gutters (upgraded to 5 inch). After almost 30 years...the siding was looking sad. Also, the way our house was built, you could hear neighbors dropping change in their driveway. The rep showed us the foam backed siding and we went with the 6 inch flat to change the look of our 4 inch home depot builder grade siding. CJ contacted us and came out with the final measurements. Re-calculated the estimate and came up with a $500 savings for us. cool. Two weeks later Gustavo showed up with his crew and started work taking off siding, putting up a moisture barrier and residing the house. I pointed out a couple of cables that I needed saved if possible and the old UHF antenna that could be removed. The crew worked from 7am to 6:30PM and spent another half hour cleaning up around the house. They did this 3 days straight and finished the siding, soffits and fascia by 6pm on the 3rd day. Everything looked AWESOME!!! A major upgrade for the house. The next day the gutter crew showed up and put seamless gutters up in a few hours and even added another downspout where the builder cheaped out and put only 1 down spout in the back of the house. The entire project took 4 days and the crews cleaned up everyday at the end of the day. We could not be happier with the results. We have gotten quite few positive comments from the neighbors. it looks like a brand new house! (on the outside at least :-) ) Some notes: Communication was constant, consistent throughout the process. Pricing, when you see the quality of the product they are putting up compared to the cheap builder grade they are taking off....you realize you get what you pay for. Sound! OMG! My house is quiet now!!!! I cannot hear every little thing that happens on the street or behind us. It is transformative!!! Professional....the crews were all business and worked all day. The trim work is very detailed and tight. They brought things to my attention that I had forgotten about , speakers in the soffits (forgot about them...but they are hooked back up now :-), ethernet cabling I ran to the second floor (wireless was not a thing in the 90's). Sales process: You will see a lot of negative comments about their sales motion, it is what it is. If you are just kicking tires with no intent to buy....it will be frustrating for you. But, if you are seriously looking to have work done, you appreciated the detail and time they take explaining the entire process. Financing: We qualified for a HUGE chunk of financing, in the end, we paid for the job upon completion and walk through. The interest rate was higher than I liked but if needed it was there. When we informed PHR we would be cutting a check, they canceled the financing immediately. No questions asked. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I will admit, I was worried about how the project would go after reading some of these reviews and I am pleased it went very well. I would recommend PHR in heart beat."

"These guys are the best. When the lifetime warranty for your siding arrives in a package of Mrs. Field's cookies, you know you found a gem of a company. From start to finish, Exterior Medics is all about first-rate service that included a thank-you note once we signed the contract from Joe LeVecchi and Mark Watson, the president and VP, saying they appreciated our business and didn't take it for granted since there is so much competition out there. 
Exterior Medics was the 3rd company to bid on replacing our beat-up aluminum siding; the first two bids ranged from $12k to $50k so we weren't sure what we were getting into. Mason Arthur, the sales rep, showed up after we had to postpone once (plus they were booked out one week when we first called, always a good sign) and from the get-go it was obvious he knew what he was talking about. He had already driven around our neighborhood to see the rest of the homes so his recommendation for siding was exactly what we were looking for. Of the 3 bidders, he was the only one to recommend we not replace our shutters and told us to paint them instead. He also went up into the attic and then told us we didn't need to replace our soffits, and spotted carpenter bee damage that even our pest company of ten years had missed. Sign us up. He then recommended a company they often work with to repaint the exterior trim and power wash the brick facade. Even better, they coordinated the schedules so the siding work started once the painting was done--plus they arranged to get additional paint so the Exterior Medics crew could take care of repainting the new fascia boards. What we especially appreciated was the professionalism of everyone in this company--competent crews that always cleaned up each day, managers coming by to inspect work on a regular basis, and end of the day phone calls from the main office to make sure everything was going well, plus keeping us up-to-date on the schedule (which was, of course, weather-dependent).
If it were possible to give higher grades than all As, this company definitely earned it. Every request we made was handled promptly and no issue was too small to overlook. And the cookies were pretty darned good, too.
