Jeff was even kind enough to work out a deal with my neighbors when we ran into a unique situation with a shared attic space typical in Old Town. They guy that came in and performed the work were clean and friendly. They were in and out in just a few hours, and they did a great job cleaning up after the job was done, you never would have known they were there. One issue is that Jeff can be difficult to reach by phone when you want to talk to him, and is not the best at calling back. I will say he is responsive by text and email, but some things need to be discussed by voice. Over all the insulation job was well done."
