"I was very happy with the professional interior paint job done in my house. The whole house was covered properly so that there were no spills or messes on my furniture or carpets. Painting lines at wall borders, trims, etc. were very clean, and you could tell there was extra care put into those areas. Work was completed in a timely manner, and in fact I was working under a very tight deadline, but that proved to be no issue to get the work done in time for me to meet my deadline, which was a giant relief for me. 

In terms of the special painting that I had completed on the house, I couldn't have been more impressed with the artistic ability of the painter. I had my column finished to look like marble, and I was amazed at how well it turned out, and how you could not even tell it wasn't truly marble. I absolutely loved how the gold foiling around my fireplace came out, it looked absolutely beautiful!! The craftsmanship of the painter was evident in the details and overall look. I am already thinking of what I can have him do next.

"We've used Rent Painters twice to paint the hallways in our common area of our condo and was so happy with their results, value and responsiveness I hired them to pain our entire condo - 2 bedrooms, kitchen and hallways. They did the trim and took off the doors and sanded them. It's like having a brand new home - they did a flawless job! Even put a fresh coat on an accent wall and came back to do touch ups after we moved and made a few scuffs and scratches. They are very flexible with your schedule (worked weekends) and efficient (in and out in 2 days). Thier team was very communicative and shared updates throughout the process including needing an extra coat that wasn't budgeted for but gave me the option ahead of time. They can provide the paint or you can just let them know the color! I would hire Rent again and recommend them to anyone in DC who needs a quality job at a great price!"

Due to a minor water leak a section of drywall about 8' x 2' had been cut out. The trim in this area and on the other side of the hall plus a closet had to be placed as well. The drywall and trim had been removed due to a small amount of mold from the water leak.  I called George's painting due to all the great reviews here on Angie's list.  I received an estimate on this work and in addition I asked for an estimate on some painting.  I thought the estimate was very fair. George was extremely professional and even came to look at what the job entailed late on a Friday evening as he was returning from other jobs on his way back to his office. This was absolutely fine with me as I had no plans to go anywhere.  George sent my estimate first thing Monday morning.

In the end I used George's only for the drywall and trim work. The job was easily scheduled and the 2 man crew did an outstanding job. I couldn't even tell there had been any damage. The trim work was outstanding as well with nice miter cuts. It lined up well with the existing molding where the miter cuts met.  It only took them approximately 4 hours to do the job.  I plan to call George's in the future for outside painting of my house.

"Wow, what a difference! Our walls were a hot mess before Jud and Luke came to town. The previous owners attempted faux painting in two rooms, and there were years of bad repairs. Not to mention all the damage from removing crown molding. Artistry Painting took it from gross to stunning. They even rented a special piece of equipment to reduce the sanding dust since we had so many repairs. Their painting is clean and sharp, and their wallpaper work is top notch. They bent over backwards trying to please me. I would most definitely hire them again.
