The response from the contractor was very quick. I just had a small job but it was an emergency. Storm trooper responded. He assessed the job and sent someone right away. We agreed on a price. The job was done the next day. I can't thank him enough.

We?ve used Storm Troopers before for our roof. They also did our neighbors roof and siding. Based on those experiences, we felt confident hiring them again for our own siding project. While the siding itself was installed well, the rest of the job didn?t meet expectations. Part of the work included replacing all the wood on our front bay window, but instead, PVC was simply nailed over the existing wood. In other areas, wood was replaced with aluminum sheeting, which ended up with visible ripples due to poor installation. When we brought up our concerns, the owner, Scott Drucker, initially said the ripples were just shadows, and later claimed the work was ?standard.? Unfortunately, we didn?t feel our concerns were taken seriously, and we were told there was nothing else he could do to satisfy us. We?re now hiring another contractor to address the issues. It?s disappointing, especially given our past positive experiences, and we had hoped for more consistency and professionalism in the

I had a small roofing trim repair/replacement needed after one of the recent storms. Jonathan from Storm Troopers, a small company, was the first to respond. After setting up a few estimates, I felt very comfortable with Jonathan's expertise and plan for the work. The repair was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Storm Troopers for any roofing or siding work. His price was reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with.

Reliable and responsive. I would definitely hire them again. They did a great job with our roof leak and subsequent dry wall and paint. We hired them to do some extra dry wall and paint work in our basement, too.

Ensure you read the contract. I agreed without reading but based on the walkthrough... I spent more money than I would have. All my expectations for the quote was not meet therefore spent way too much for the work done. Only one person showed up to do the work that should have taken one day with two or three. Took three days with one and he did not work a full day except for the first. Again my fault for not reading the contract. Expensive leson.

In addition to the roof, Storm Troopers repaired some siding and made other repairs mentioned below. The extensive damage resulted from a tree that blew over in a windstorm. Scott and John made an emergency call to tarp the roof when other companies refused to help. Both Scott and John were professional, efficient, honest, easy to work with and reliable. . They kept us informed every step of the way. They have extremely high standards and all the repairs, which included gutters, metal flashing, soffits and fascia board as well as the siding and the roof, were of the highest quality. We recommend them without reservation and would happily use them again

Fantastic overall experience with Storm Troopers LLC. the owner Scott is extremely nice and super professional. We had two leaking skylights and had become very concerned of the damage it was causing. Scott had his project manager Johnathan come out just a couple days later to give us an estimate and inspect our roof. Johnathan was fantastic as well. He was straight forward with me, very honest and gave us some great recommendations. We had thought our repairs initially were going to actually cost more than what our estimate came out to be of which we were very pleased with the pricing. After we were given our estimate Johnathan was back out just a few days later for the repairs. These guys are excellent, honest, hard working, and extremely fast. They exceeded my expectations and we will def be using them again in the future. I have already recommended them to several friends and family members who are looking to have their roofs replaced. Highly recommended.
