"We decided to hire BKCC to fix top trip piece of our siding because it had started to come loose and was scraping the roof of our neighbors house. With the severity of the issue and not wanting to cause damage to our neighbors roof we went with BKCC because they had the quickest turn around time for parts and getting the job done. They were able to give me a quote over the phone with just pictures and gave me a week turn around time. I distinctly asked the lady if they took American Express. She assured me yes. That?s when the issues started. A week goes by and nothing. I contacted them. They still hadn?t got the siding piece in yet. That following Saturday they got it in were able to come out Sunday and install. Install went fine until the installer didn?t know anything about payment. Get a call a few hours later for payment give her my Amex card information and we ended the call. About 30 minutes later I get a text that they no longer take Amex and I needed to call with another form of payment, after I already confirmed they took Amex. That got settled and everything was fine. Until a few days later they pieces they added started to bubble. To make a long story short. I have contacted them 3 times and they have still not come out to look, replace or repair this piece."
