We have nothing but positive things to say. From the showroom, to the installers, and project manager, every employee was extremely helpful. Their prices were the most competitive out of several quotes. To this day, when I sit in my kitchen, it makes me smile. Couldn’t ask for a better experience than that!

This review actually refers to the USA Cabinets store in Chantilly. If you are contemplating and kitchen or bathroom remodel/renovation do not use USA Cabinets (Chantilly). Their shoddy work in my master bathroom shower has led to thousands of dollars of damage to my bathroom, my master closet and my kitchen ceiling. They have refused to address this problem or provide any assistance.

I must say that I am very pleased with my experience with USA Cabinet Store. I was impressed with the selection, price and expert advice. I worked with Adam Smith as a designer for my kitchen and bath renovation and Kamil Osmanjan supervised the work onsite. They were very friendly, available and responsive to my questions. Adam provided excellent advice on selection of cabinets, appliances, countertops, and tiles. The project had to be postponed for my own reasons and they were very accommodating with time of project completion. During the work on site, Kamil would keep me updated everyday with progress and would explain the option available and was very responsive to my request about how I wanted things done. He was very nice and made sure everything was done to my liking. Overall, I am very happy with worked performed from USA cabinets, and I will definitely hire them again and recommend them to my friends. I interviewed a lot of contractors before deciding to go with them because the price was reasonable and within my budget and allowed me to have more choices. For example I wanted frameless cabinets, and they provided it at a good price and quality. I am so happy I went with them and I am so happy with how my kitchen and bath look. Highly recommended!

My experience was that the cabinets were not the quality they are advertised as, and the installation was rushed without any quality control. The cabinets boxes we received from Wolf had very noticeable cracks, the doors had scratches on them, and were not painted with enough coats on the sides. The installers just installed the cabinets anyway and I found the issues when I came home from work. They also installed panels in the wrong spot, when the engineered countertops came in (purchased through USA) they were cut poorly and misaligned when they were glued down. There was also inconsistencies with what I was told I could and could not get during the design process that I found out weren't and were possible during the installation which was frustrating. USA Cabinets worked with me to get replacement cabinets and reinstalled them, recut one of the counter tops, and took up the other counter top and reset it which I am appreciative of. We also had to fix little things like caulking burn marks and nailing down toe boards that was looked over. I felt like I really had to monitor what they were doing to get to that point and the whole project took months instead of a weeks. When I look back at the project I may have gotten 90% of what I wanted, but I don't think I got the service and quality I thought I was paying more for by going through them.

Patrick was the best to give a design that worked perfectly. They worked with us when we had some delays and the installers did a great job. Their price was good but I which I had upgraded on quality. Since all we had was a door to work with, now I feel the quality is a bit weak or maybe I'm just nervous having everything new. Love the counter tops. Everyone thinks they are wonderful.

Adam Smith and Kamil Osmanjan were my main contacts. Adam designed the kitchen and Kamil supervised the work onsite. They were both were extremely friendly and pleasant to work with, and they did a great job with the project. Lots of choices came up during the project (such as exactly where to put the recessed lights once the duct work in the ceiling was revealed), and for these they would contact me immediately and explain my options. Also, they were always available to answer my questions about when and exactly how each part of the project could be done. I was able to make last-minute choices on paint colors and the countertop and backsplash materials, which was very useful since I could first see how the rest of the project was coming along before making these decisions. Then once these decisions were made, they were handled seamlessly. Kamil made sure everything was taken care of, including doing several key parts of the job himself, and I was happy with the speed and quality of his work and that of the other subcontractors. Overall, I thought everyone did an excellent job in guiding me through the options, answering my questions, letting me choose, and getting things done. This was the first renovation I’ve done, so I was fortunate to have Adam and Kamil to interact with. I would definitely hire them again for other projects.

Overall, the job went very well. USA Cabinets worked with us on a design for the bar area that incorporated the existing architecture of the house. While we were in the store the drew up a 3-D CAD drawing showing the general details. From this design they came out to the house to measure and finalize the design. One very positive aspect of this is that USA Cabinets gave us several different options for cabinets, granite counter tops, floor, and backsplash. We appreciated the fact that they worked with us on material and allowed us to purchase a sink and faucet from Amazon. This allowed us to keep within budget and add some additional features.
Once the cabinets were ordered, it took about 3 weeks for delivery and USA Cabinets estimated about 2 weeks to complete the job. We were assigned a project lead, Dwain who did a great job coordinating the work schedules and making sure the project was completed to meet our expectations. He did a very good job, was easy to contact for questions, and made sure the construction team did a great job. From start to finish, the job took 6 working days and really exceeded our expectations as the overall design and layout look great.
We would definitely use USA Cabinets again and were especially happy with their design process, quality work, and attention to detail.

I have to say that I am very pleased with my experience at USA Cabinet Store. My first experience was purchasing an entire kitchen remodel which included the cabinets, backsplash tile and counter top granite. Can?t say enough about Mustafa?s professionalism at the Chantilly store and great recommendations on style and color. I came back a second time to see what products they had for a bath remodel and again was impressed with the selection, price and expert advice.

I can't say enough great things about the personnel in the Chantilly store and the crew(s) that did all the work. I sat down with the designer (Sarah) and we walked through what I was looking for. I had already picked out the tile. I went back about a week later and she had pulled the counter top and cabinet together and another tile for the shower floor and niche. It looked beautiful before it went in and beautiful after. The crew(s) were respectful of my home and my privacy. They cleaned up the space every day. If there was something that I asked to be fixed/modified.or moved, they did so. Those gentlemen worked extremely hard. Dwain and Sarah were always available via text and responded in a timely manner. Some decisions had to be made on the fly and that was always dealt with professionally.
USA Cabinets was very clear on what they were responsible for and what I was responsible for. I had to provide the mirrors and the knobs. We picked out everything else together. The ambiance in the store was friendly and professional. They listened to what I wanted and responded accordingly. They were honest about the timelines. We lived with dust and plastic on the carpet for 3 weeks. We knew in advance that it would take that long. They provided me with a contract that stated what they were going to do, when they were going to start, when they were going to end and how much it was going to cost. They know their business. I only have one tiny complaint - I never knew what time the crew was going to arrive. They always showed up - I just wasn't sure when - it wasn't always the same time.
I am extremely happy with the workmanship and intend to have them do 2 more bathrooms in the near future.

I first noticed USA CABINET STORE on Angies Big Deal list. I called and spoke with Dwain who is a salesperson there. He was very patient and professional throughout the whole process. We had a field agent of the company to come out and measure our countertops. He did an excellent job on the measurements no blunders. After that he left several granite samples for us to choose from which they gave us all the time we needed to decide. When we made up our minds on the piece we wanted I called Dwain and the ball got rolling.
On March 13 the guys came in and installed the countertops and it looks great. The guys were industrious and professional. There was a couple of problems which occured but the installers took care of it. They are all about taking care of the customer.

I must begin by saying that I'm a bit of a perfectionist and expect things to be done a certain way. USA cabinets, specifically Dwain and Phil were exceptional. As with any project, there were some minor corrections/adjustments needed and Dwain always ensured that the job got done properly (they even worked on Saturdays). The cabinets and counter tops are beautiful--the quality of the wood is very high. My kitchen looks very different-it's like I have a new house. I'm glad that I chose USA Cabinets to remodel my kitchen.

I recently purchased a custom kitchen cabinets for our kitchen. My cabinets designed by Ogun from USA Cabinet Store, and he was really helpful and willing to design our cabinets as beautiful as possible. USA Cabinet Store is great to work with, listened to my need and created a solution that I think will stay with my family for years to come!I do not know how old this company is , but they have a lot of experienced employees. We were remodling out kitchen and we got some feetbacks from our friends who worked with USA Cabinet Store.Then we decided to work with them too, because we check our friends kitchen's cabinets which we were dreaming to have.The process was really quick & easy, and cabinets qualty was really good too.They were easy to deal with and my kitchen turned out exactly what I asked. Also, they have couple offers for all kind of cabinet processing.The other thing was there was no hiden fee, as you know too many company keep price low and put some extra hiden fee end of work.I would highly recommend USA Cabinet Store for both price and customer service.

While we were working with USA Kitchen Expo, we also worked with USA Cabinets Store. We chose our awesome white cabinets from USA Cabinet Store as well. They have done really good job as USA Kitchen Expo and USA Marble and Granite did. The good thing is they separate their work areas as three companies. This makes them more professional.The folks in the office make you feel like a very valued customer every time you call and phone calls are returned promptly. I met with two other companies, and I am so happy I went with USA Cabinet Store.

We have used Usa Cabinet store through our contrcator suggestion . We have went to their Chantilly location and met our cabinet designer Bill . He was very helpful through the entire process . He has over 20+ years of experience which you can tell by his datiled design .
He directed us to the Showplace Cabinets . We vent ove rthe final design and review each detail with Bill until we were satisfied with the overall design .
It took about 5 weeks to get the cabinets after it was ordered and they came at the exact quality we were expecting . Cabinet fisnihes were top of the line. Structure of the cabinet is very solid ,I guess that is how they would provide a lifetime warranty .
Our kitchen turned our wonderful . We are thrilled with their customer service and the qulaity of the manufacturers they work with .

We went to USA Cabinet Store and they were very welcoming and helpful. We explained the type and budget of our ideal kitchen. Their employees provided us with great quality products and drew a design that met all of our must haves in a kitchen. Our budget was not huge for the kitchen of our dreams, but USA Cabinet Store team did not let our financial limitations prevent us from getting the perfect kitchen. We scheduled an appointment for them to come and measure details and before we knew it, we had placed an order for our cabinets. We also used their granite store, USA Marble & Granite to pick out the best countertop out of so many choices to chose from. Their diverse options leaves no doubt in customers' final choice after seeing so many varieties.
Our cabinets arrived as promised and installers finished the job as planned. This is our second project done by USA CABINET STORE. After getting our kitchen remodeled, we were anxious to get 2 bathrooms remodeled. Through out the whole project everything was done by its deadline. This company provides excellent customer service from start to finish. The salesmen who works fro them are very wise and know what they are doing. The workmanship was excellent, and the materials were very satisfactory once again. It was a seamless operation.

During initial visits, the staff was wonderful and very helpful, however, once we signed a contract and paid for the cabinets, the wonderful service suddenly turned to horrendous. There were several delays in getting cabinets that USA Cabinets promised us in one week. Although delays are not under USA Cabinets' control, keeping the customer informed is. They completely failed at providing accurate and timely updates. When we called to complain about their lack of information, the response we got was "too bad." Their sales rep, Sarah, couldn't be more disrespectful, dishonest, and rude. When we tried to speak with a manager, we were sent in circles because the manager was not available. Even though we spoke to the owner, he claimed he couldn't take any necessary actions until the manager returned. Although I initially understood the owner's reluctance to make any decisions as not to undermine his manager, when the manager did return, she couldn't make decisions without speaking to the owner. Talk about a run-around....
At the cabinets were delivered, we found out there were still missing parts (crown, end panels, etc.), despite the manager having informed us just one day earlier that all parts were received. The it took two more weeks to get the missing parts bit by bit. They even sent us the wrong decorative panel. Although USA Cabinets did end up delivering everything and replacing the wrong parts, the ordeal was one that had I not stayed on top of them, would have been much worse. All this when we let them know from our very first visit that we were on a tight schedule due to the work that was being done in our basement (remodeling).
I would never shop at USA cabinets again. I initially decided to go with them because they promised to deliver the cabinets during the timeframe we needed. There were other cabinet stores in the area that were upwards of $500 to $700 cheaper. Turns out the cheaper priced places were more honest when they told us up front that they could not promise delivery dates due to a lot hinging on the cabinet manufacturer. We decided to go with USA Cabinets, even though they were higher prices because the timelines they promised were more important. Turns out they are no different than the other stores so in hindsight we should have worked with someone else who was cheaper for the same exact cabinets. The big difference is the USA Cabinets lied to us and we got suckered in. Moreover, a clear indicator of a good company is one that is honest with their customers and one that, when mistakes happen, take care of it in a respectful manner and without constantly lying to their customers.

I decided to renovate my house. I wanted to start from kitchen and bathrooms and I spent so much time to find right compnay to go with it. After searching the companies I found Usa Cabinetstore and Usa Marble Granite. They are same company but different branches. I made the contract for $35,000.00 included kitchen and two of bathrooms remodeling. They provided everything(cabinet, granite, tile, sinks, faucets, knobs and labor ). The office people were so nice and they took care of everything from beginning to end. I was concerning about the communication but later on everything went well. I trusted to them so much and they did a great job.I provided the paint and appliances that's it. My kitchen had 15 cabinets and also 2 pantries. So the price was affordable include the bathrooms. I really appreciate to USA Marble.
