"We were getting ready to put our home on the market and decided to replace an exterior double door. The frame had bad spots. Ed from PHI came over and verified that it wasn't just the exterior trim, but that the door frame was bad. He suggested options and pointed out different price points that we could use in selecting the replacement. Once the door arrive, the install was quick and very nicely done. No damage to the property, no mess left behind; just a good install. Even little things, like a smooth caulk line at the door seam were done well. I would definitely use them again in the future.
