"My family recently purchased a home that is 10 years old and during the inspection, an issue came up with the safety mechanism that keeps the garage door from closing down on an obstruction (like your car, kid, or pet). I called ABC Garage and the customer service was very thorough in explaining that older models to not have that feature, so she walked me through the various models and pricing in case we wanted to replace the unit. We have young kids, so I knew we'd probably want to go with the upgrade. The day of the service call, the technician arrived promptly and verified that the current system was old enough that it didn't have this safety feature. We discussed the options again (he had all three models in his van) and he installed it promptly. When that was completed, he also showed how the garage door itself could use to be adjusted so it made less noise when opened. I was happy to pay the additional fee to get that resolved. All told, it was a very positive experience - professional, thorough, friendly, and timely. There is a 5-year warranty on the unit and 1-year labor warranty, but I expect this product to last much longer in the future."

"George and his crew did a great job upgrading my basement bath with a new sliding glass tub door and tub/shower fixtures. They also did electrical work in my kitchen, adding a new outlet. "Nelson was professional, courteous and friendly from beginning to end.  We contacted several people for estimates.  Some were way over our budget and others came across as not wanting the job.  Nelson was prompt to return an estimate and his price seemed fair.  He also came across as a genuinely nice, responsible  and hard-working contractor. 
When we signed the contract, Nelson said he would start work on July 1st, and sure enough, he was ready to go on July 1.  Before the start date, he and his architect took care of the blueprints and permitting process through the city.   We were responsible for providing most of the finish materials (tile, toilet, sink, vanity, lights).  Nelson took care of the rest.  
The renovation took a month, and Nelson and his crew (usually one or two additional workers) worked hard and and kept the space neat.  He did most of the work himself, with the exception of having a plumber do the rough-in for the new bathroom and a painter do all the drywall finish work and painting.  
As with any renovation, there were some surprises along the way.  The city inspector required a new electrical box and hard-wired smoke detectors on each level.  Nelson took care of this extra expense as cost-effectively as possible.  He was very responsive to our changes and suggestions.  
We were very happy with Nelson and would use him again for any future renovations.

Mr.Bret is the best contractor I have ever hired, as soon as we have explained our needs, they have compiled all our needs and came up with good ideas and design. From the day one I felt very confident in everything he explained about the plan and design of the project. both me and my wife liked the quality and the professionalism from all workers, he has got tons of knowledge and very good experienced employees, very professional and never rush a job, which turns into a beautiful basement. our kids love the basement , they have got plenty of room to run around and I have got a calm and peaceful home office and a media room.  so our dream came true after getting the basement completed for a reasonable price comparing the market price.

The Electrical works are up to the county code standards. Bret is highly skilled in plumping tasks which includes replacing new shower pan, shower head, newer toilet and removed old tiles and installed new tiles. we are very pleased with his expertise in bathroom and basement remodeling. He has installed beautiful Berber carpets in the basement for a reasonable price. the look and feel of the carpet made the basement beautiful.
