"We hired Dynamic to handle both an exterior and interior project. We had them build a "pool house" to hold our existing pool pump which we added a pool heater and a salt cell. They also installed outdoor light fixtures. Additionally, we had them strip and re-stain our hardwood floors, install intricate crown molding in a two story family room and floor and new bathroom vanities. The project went extremely smoothly. The guys were very attentive and professional. We are going to use them again next year for more work. I definitely recommend this company for any of your home improvements. Absolutely hands down, great service and very reasonable prices. "

They also installed outdoor light fixtures. Additionally, we had them strip and re-stain our hardwood floors, install intricate crown molding in a two story family room and floor and new bathroom vanities. The project went extremely smoothly. The guys were very attentive and professional. We are going to use them again next year for more work. I definitely recommend this company for any of your home improvements. "I hired RLD Builders to construct a retaining wall that needed replaced before we could repave the driveway. RLD Builders came in with a competitive price and won the job. What was to take a few weeks turned into a three month ordeal. The county permit process caused hurdle after hurdle to get the permits but Rafe kept on the county and we finally got the permits and the job was completed to our satisfaction. We then put the house on the market for sale and had moved to our new out-of-the-area location. The hot water tank in the basement decided to let loose causing major damage to the basement. This is where RLD Builders exceeded our expectations. Rafe and his crew jumped in and cleaned up the water damage, worked with the insurance agents to get approvals, and completely rebuilt our basement. Being that we were no longer in the area, it was a blessing to have RLD Builders on the job to take care of all the details. We couldn't have done it without them. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! ! !"

Ed from PHI came over and verified that it wasn't just the exterior trim, but that the door frame was bad. He suggested options and pointed out different price points that we could use in selecting the replacement. Once the door arrive, the install was quick and very nicely done. No damage to the property, no mess left behind; just a good install. Even little things, like a smooth caulk line at the door seam were done well. I would definitely use them again in the future.
