He returned my initial phone call the same day and set a time to come to my home for an estimate the very next day. After discussing the work, he was able to fit me into his schedule with short notice since I had only a small window of opportunity in which I was available for the work to be done. He even came over to start the work on the Labor Day holiday. He is very professional and knowledgeable! The work was completed on two different days in order to allow the tile glue to set before he grouted. He completed the work and left the area clean. He does very quality work.
