"Everything went well initially. Countertop looked great. However, when I told the man in charge to remove the remainder off of my deck, he was obviously annoyed. I had told when he was taking it out that I only wanted ONE piece of the countertop left with me and showed him the piece I wanted. He had an obvious attitude and then went out to his truck and made me wait another 30 minutes to return to take it. They left a mess under the countertops (crumbled countertop, etc.) although they did sweep my floor. When I really looked at it afterwards, I notice that they cracked my backsplash and didn't tell me. Also, the plumber was great who came a couple of hours late, however, he told me the countertop crew had thrown away a part I needed to hook my garbage disposal back up so I had to give him $30 to replace it. Atila, the salesman/owner was wonderful during the sale process and very responsive. However, I was expecting a follow up call which didn't happen. The price was good for the work that was done."

"I've used them in particular for a lot of smaller jobs in the house, all of which have added up to a fair amount of work over several years now.  This company is a more full scale construction company, although it specializes in - it likes to say - in bathrooms and kitchens.  It does basically everything.     They've also done some building out of closets because these are very small closets, refinished walls and ceilings, installed a hot water heater, did a lot of circuitry work, if you will, adding additional outlets and things of that sort - so just a general refreshment of the interior of the house.  I would grade them A overall and down the line, or they wouldn't still be in the house.  I've got something that's working with them now that's still underway."

Dan was very communicative and quickly took care of some finishing details that are the icing on the cake.
