"It went very well. When removing the old floor tiles, they found considerable damage to the sub floor. Mike showed us ans explained how he would replace it. It required extra labor. Also, when the work was completed, Mike tested the faucet in the new sink and discovered a leak. This was at the end of a 10-hour day. I appreciated the fat that he stayed and made sure the work and Ray did was to our satisfaction. They also custom-fit the vanity for us, which required adding pieces to the sides and the bottom. They are great to work with!"

He returned my initial phone call the same day and set a time to come to my home for an estimate the very next day. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. Joseph then emailed pictures of various granite slabs since I was unable to get to their site, and within a week his team installed the top, offset sink, and my faucet. Both their installer and plumber readily answered all questions. Also, because I have add'l bathroom remodeling to do, I asked Joseph for any recommendations he may have for providers with whom he's worked who do smaller jobs and are good. He did make some recommendations and responded quickly to any questions I had regarding these providers.
