"It went very well. When removing the old floor tiles, they found considerable damage to the sub floor. Mike showed us ans explained how he would replace it. It required extra labor. Also, when the work was completed, Mike tested the faucet in the new sink and discovered a leak. This was at the end of a 10-hour day. I appreciated the fat that he stayed and made sure the work and Ray did was to our satisfaction. They also custom-fit the vanity for us, which required adding pieces to the sides and the bottom. They are great to work with!"

He returned my initial phone call the same day and set a time to come to my home for an estimate the very next day. "We were in a bind and needed a previously installed granite countertop in the kitchen modified. We had a new refrigerator, and the door wouldn't open all the way back, bumping against the door jam. We needed to have the granite cut back about an inch to remedy the problem ( slide the refrigerator over a little). The problem was, we were having a new tile backsplash installed the following day, and needed the granite cut before starting that job. I called Granite Vision, and asked them if they could perform it the same day. They were unsure if they could fit it in the same day, but told me they would check on the possibility.  I was called back in a timely manner, and told that they could do it for me.  David arrived within a few hours of my call, and did a beautiful job.  He was very nice, neat, and did exactly what we needed. Thank you Granite Vision!!!  They could have just blown me off, and said they couldn't do this the same day as my call, but they didn't"

"From the very first moment I stopped into the store at Flower Hill I was impressed. Everyone was exceptionally professional and wonderful to talk with. I told them I was looking to have my countertops replaced with granite or quartz. Sara Behrang scheduled a time for the next morning to come and give me ideas and take measurements, she also brought samples to my home. My husband and I visited the shop a few days later, choose a beautiful river white granite. Two days later a template was made of my countertops and then a few short days after that the big day arrived. My new and beautiful granite was installed. The installation went without a hitch. The installers were on time, very friendly, did an amazing job of installing and removal of old counter top. Approximately a week later we had the floors redone, it took one day and they look beautiful!! I'm in love with my home again. I plan to have the bathrooms remodeled in the future and will definetly use Kitchen Bath and Floors, USA.
