"The work took longer than anticipated, some due to factors beyond their control (suppliers delivering wrong tiles) but not all (workers not coming everyday or on days when scheduled or working full 8 hours).  They were not always on time, which often wasn't a big deal but the uncertainty was an issue when one of us had to stayed home from work to meet them.  The quality of the products is very high, but the quality of the installation was less so.  We had to have them come back several times to fix issues with the tiles and an electrical issue. They were very responsive and more than willing to keep working until we were completely satisfied, which by the end we were.  At the end, the kitchen looks beautiful and we really enjoy it.  I don't think the issues we had were anything out of the ordinary for a kitchen remodel, and we would consider using them again for future projects."

"I contacted Granite Vision and spoke with Roni, explaining that because the vanity was in an awkward place in this small bathroom, I needed help to decide what was required. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. It is very slim and very colorful , seemingly random, glass tiles -- which led to beautiful choices for counter color and paint color and fabric selections -- we love the whole effect -- and it all started with the tile. Marina let me check out the tile sample from the store, when I first found it, so I could take it with me to check against my other selections for the kitchen -- very helpful and so much appreciated. Everyone who saw it loved it, too!
The work was done with great precision and neatness, and I was so impressed.  Everything worked on schedule as planned.
I will go back next time we are working on some home improvements -- soon!
