"The whole experience was wonderful. I was referred to Classic Marble and Granite by a friend. My project manager, Kristi McGaugh, showed me around the warehouse area to choose some options. She was very knowledgeable in helping me decide a choice to closely match the backsplash in our home. The process of taking out the laminate and replacing with the marble countertops ran very smoothly and the installers did an excellent job. Being able to choose a sink there and having their plumber install was great. I have already referred a few friends to Classic! "The tile in the bathroom looks great... so far. Jose also replaced a kitchen sink faucet and connections. Because he was also handling the plumbing connections in the bathroom, this seemed like something that should be in his wheelhouse. Well, 3 months later the kitchen sink had a serious leak and I had to have everything don again, and he charged $300 to unhook the faucet and reinstall in and two hoses. I could have done this myself, but was not nearby to do so. I thought he had done a good job, but since such a simple repair was a total failure, now I have to wonder what other surprises might pop up in the quality of his work, which cost about $7k in labor alone. Not feeling confident at this moment."

"Excellent in every way. Sunshine assigned a team of three installers who started on a Tuesday, also worked on Saturday, and completed all aspects of the installation by the following Wednesday. The quality of the work, including installation, responding to any questions we had along the way, and cleaning up the work areas at the end of each day helped make for an efficient and well -done project. The lead installer also replaced a front screen door on the final day of the project. In addition, the estimating process for the project was clear and easy to understand."
