She was very knowledgeable in helping me decide a choice to closely match the backsplash in our home. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. Joseph then emailed pictures of various granite slabs since I was unable to get to their site, and within a week his team installed the top, offset sink, and my faucet. Both their installer and plumber readily answered all questions. Also, because I have add'l bathroom remodeling to do, I asked Joseph for any recommendations he may have for providers with whom he's worked who do smaller jobs and are good. He did make some recommendations and responded quickly to any questions I had regarding these providers. "The tile in the bathroom looks great... so far. Jose also replaced a kitchen sink faucet and connections. Because he was also handling the plumbing connections in the bathroom, this seemed like something that should be in his wheelhouse. Well, 3 months later the kitchen sink had a serious leak and I had to have everything don again, and he charged $300 to unhook the faucet and reinstall in and two hoses. I could have done this myself, but was not nearby to do so. I thought he had done a good job, but since such a simple repair was a total failure, now I have to wonder what other surprises might pop up in the quality of his work, which cost about $7k in labor alone. Not feeling confident at this moment."
