"Paul Bender and his team do incredible work. Paul helped us remodel a number of bathrooms, from flooring, to decorative tile, new plumbing and lighting. Paul worked with us every step of the way. "From start to finish, William Rorer was incredibly professional, punctual, and responsive to my needs. He returned my initial phone call the same day and set a time to come to my home for an estimate the very next day. After discussing the work, he was able to fit me into his schedule with short notice since I had only a small window of opportunity in which I was available for the work to be done. He even came over to start the work on the Labor Day holiday. He is very professional and knowledgeable! The work was completed on two different days in order to allow the tile glue to set before he grouted. He completed the work and left the area clean. He does very quality work. I discussed various other projects with him which indicated to me he has a vast knowledge and experience with home improvement contract work. "We were in a bind and needed a previously installed granite countertop in the kitchen modified. We had a new refrigerator, and the door wouldn't open all the way back, bumping against the door jam. We needed to have the granite cut back about an inch to remedy the problem ( slide the refrigerator over a little). The problem was, we were having a new tile backsplash installed the following day, and needed the granite cut before starting that job. I called Granite Vision, and asked them if they could perform it the same day. They were unsure if they could fit it in the same day, but told me they would check on the possibility.  I was called back in a timely manner, and told that they could do it for me.  David arrived within a few hours of my call, and did a beautiful job.  He was very nice, neat, and did exactly what we needed. Thank you Granite Vision!!!  They could have just blown me off, and said they couldn't do this the same day as my call, but they didn't"

"From the very first moment I stopped into the store at Flower Hill I was impressed. Everyone was exceptionally professional and wonderful to talk with. I told them I was looking to have my countertops replaced with granite or quartz. Sara Behrang scheduled a time for the next morning to come and give me ideas and take measurements, she also brought samples to my home. My husband and I visited the shop a few days later, choose a beautiful river white granite. Two days later a template was made of my countertops and then a few short days after that the big day arrived. My new and beautiful granite was installed. The installation went without a hitch. The installers were on time, very friendly, did an amazing job of installing and removal of old counter top. Approximately a week later we had the floors redone, it took one day and they look beautiful!! I'm in love with my home again. I plan to have the bathrooms remodeled in the future and will definetly use Kitchen Bath and Floors, USA.

"We had Nafi come in to give a price on refinishing some oak flooring and replacing some carpet with similar flooring. He is very charismatic and indicated that it would be cheaper just to pull everything up and install new. We had had a tree fall which destroyed a deck attached to our bedroom which we never use. There is a sliding glass door which led out to the deck. Nafi suggested removing the door and replacing with a window which would open up livable space in the room. He said he could do the framing with the rest of the job. We live in Reston and they are very particular about things and I told him numerous times that the trim on the outside had to match the other windows. He told us he had a source for surplus hickory flooring and gave us a budgetary price for the work of $10k. He came back a week or so later with some samples to show us. He indicated that the surplus flooring he had proposed did not come with a guarantee and thus he wouldn't install it. As a result the formal price for the floor with the window framing was about $12k, a 20% increase. We had done a bit of shopping around, and this was still a fair price, so we accepted. At the appointed time, Nafi and his crew showed up, and on the first day they did the demo, most of the framing work and a bit of the floor installation. On the second day, they finished the floor. He indicated that he would come back to finish the window work. He wanted all but $600 of the remainder of the money. We paid him, which turned out to be a mistake. After that he basically refused to come out and finish the window trim, which had to be completed before the window was installed. My son and I installed the trim a couple of days before the window was available for installation. There is one piece of shoe moulding that was missed in the original install and several small pieces were split when they were nailed and have come loose. I've asked Nafi for a stick of shoe a half dozen times to no avail. So, they do good work, when you can get them there. Don't even think about paying them until you are certain the job is completed."
