I also like the fact that Amilcar and his crew were able to solve minor issues that occurred during the project, instead of waiting for me to solve them, which would have delayed the project. "We were in a bind and needed a previously installed granite countertop in the kitchen modified. We had a new refrigerator, and the door wouldn't open all the way back, bumping against the door jam. We needed to have the granite cut back about an inch to remedy the problem ( slide the refrigerator over a little). The problem was, we were having a new tile backsplash installed the following day, and needed the granite cut before starting that job. I called Granite Vision, and asked them if they could perform it the same day. They were unsure if they could fit it in the same day, but told me they would check on the possibility.  I was called back in a timely manner, and told that they could do it for me.  David arrived within a few hours of my call, and did a beautiful job.  He was very nice, neat, and did exactly what we needed.
