Hired for a bathroom remodel. Estimated project would last a week and a half. Ultimately lasted 7 weeks with 15 days of no shows or last minute cancellations. Pocket door installed too high and had to be redone. Bathroom floor tile installed uneven and bumpy and had to be redone. Shower floor not properly sloped and water pools at the shower curb. Has to be squeegeed to drain after every shower. Would not recommend.

"You selected us not only for the high ratings we've gotten from our customers over the years, but because we were able to offer you the best price. We regret that, because we were not able to give you the extra discount you wanted when we closed the job that you've decided to post this unfair review today with the intention to affect our good reputation. Before we started the work, we mentioned to you that in normal circumstances a bathroom like yours would take a couple of weeks to complete. We were booked by the time you wanted us to start, and we offered you to do the work on the evenings only. The offer was completely approved by you and your husband, and of course working a few hours in the evenings severely impacted the time frame. We offered you to fix the sub floor and replace with plywood the yellow pine boards of 3/4" thick by 8" that were nailed to the floor joists in 1960 when the house was built, and you declined the offer to keep the cost down. We tried to help you, but unfortunately nothing worked. We ended paying with our own money for the repairs of the sub floor, and the replacement of the floor tile. The shower floor was professionally installed, and was water tested before and after the tile was installed. You were present during all the testings, and were able to verify by yourself that there were no leaks and the floor has its proper slop towards the drain. After every shower, it is normal to have some few remains of water around the perimeter of the floor. The water is so few this will never reaches the drain and will quickly dry in the spot. I know we did a great job in your bathroom, we did our best to please you in every aspect, and we feel very confident that you and your family will continue enjoying this beautiful bathroom for many years to come."

Repairman was very knowledgeable. However, hel eft old fixtures from roof repair on my driveway and he didn't have a vacuum to extract insulation that fell from ceiling in masters bedroom closet which dropped on my clothes and floor.

Carlos and his team were very thorough in explaining what we needed to complete our bathroom renovation. The work was done in a timely manner and turned out great. The team was always here on time or a few minutes before they said they would. They were also very clean as they did the work by taking off their shoes, covering everything in plastic sheeting and laying down heavy paper in the hallway. I would highly recommend working with Carlos and his team because we also had a few other random projects and they were very accommodating in getting those done at the same time as we had the bathroom done.

Having bad experiences with contractors, I was very hesitant hiring another one but with a baby on the way we really had no choice. I read reviews on Carlos and they seemed very positive so I took a shot. From the moment I met Carlos and speaking with him, I could already see he was very trustworthy and fair.
