If I were to replace these decks as suggested by several companies, my guess is it would have cost $35,000. This company assessed my decks from a structural standpoint and determined that they could rehab the deck with long lasting materials and my deck would be something I would be proud of. "The job started slowly due to getting all the materials. Fabio, the head carpenter, is very methodical. He doesn't work fast, but he does excellent work. The flooring guy, Donny(?), works really quickly and does a great job of matching up lines and surfaces so several rooms look visually cohesive. Lastly, Mendez himself is an excellent painter. As the business owner, he makes sure you're satisfied with the work and delivers s project on time if not early. My only complaint is he had to charge extra in the middle of my job for some material and labor that we didn't foresee, but the end result was stunning. This is their second job for me and I recommend them highly."
