"This is the second big project we've done with REO Service Pro. They finished our basement a few years ago. Both projects were done with quality and professionalism. Gary is very easy to work with. He listens and offers suggestions when needed or appropriate. I also used an interior designer with whom he worked with ease. We had an aggressive time frame for this project and it was met. Our two favorite things about working with Gary and his crew are 1) their quickness in responsiveness and 2) quality control. On multiple occasions I witnessed Gary instructing a crew member to "rip it out and start all over". In our experience with house projects, that is a rarity. Most contractors are okay with mediocre work to save time and effort. As a result, the end product was great. "Munoz Construction has completed two projects in our home and we are extremely pleased with their work. The most recent project was a kitchen update wherein they replaced the countertops, backsplash, downdraft exhaust fan, spice cabinet pull out organizer, sink, faucet and disposal switch. They also did some carpentry work, repaired and painted drywall, and coordinated the installation of the new countertops as well as repurposing the granite from the kitchen to the basement bar area with the stone contractor. Jose and his team (Pedro and Armando) arrived promptly each morning and were a pleasure to work with. Extremely competitive prices with a very competent and professional staff Premium carpenter and The Painters did an amazing job with painting and completely revitalizing the exterior of my house My dormer windows were destroyed all the wood was rotten The carpenters made new dormers windows Trim boards below the roof replace Trim boards behind the front gutter are replaced . Front bay windows. all front windows now are new with composite trim boards The exterior of my house looked old now it looks new. very responsive and clearly communicates the work to be performed. "Matt yusufhanoglu and his company Living colors did a phenomenal job in restoring my 1958 ranch house into a gem. The house was empty and in terrible condition on the inside. With the help of his architect Matt was able to present me with multiple choices based on the open floor plan that I wanted in the main living area. This included tearing down an attached room and building a beautiful sunlit addition that extended the kitchen area and added a sun room. Matt and his site lead Carlos also creatively found space to add a full second bathroom to make the house an efficient 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. I can’t say enough about the quality of the work and the amazing interior design selections such as cabinets, windows, flooring and associated hardware that made this house my dream come true."

"Davis Contracting did a fantastic job repairing my deck. They installed all new posts (11), replaced some boards, power washed. and stained it. The crew was great--highly skilled, friendly, hard workers. It was a 2-plus day job with 3-4 workers. Alex checked in on them each day and made sure the project was on track. My deck is like brand new now and very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend using them for your projects"

"Additional work was needed to take the floor and walls down to studs and joists to remove rotten wood, so work took longer than originally estimated. Some items were back-ordered, adding to the length of the project. Workmanship looks excellent. I am very pleased with the new bath!"

He thoroughly inspected the property, prepared a detailed bid, gave us advice on the most important items and delivered a bid that could work with our budget and the existing lender requirements. His entire crew were professional and consciencious. Devin delivered on time, on budget with high quality work. He kept us informed throughout the process. "What an incredible experience. Contacted them for siding consult, Chris from sales was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Gave us great recommendations for the design. We signed up and wow the siding was here in less than 10 days. The installers, Led by Daniel were incredible. They were courteous, friendly, neat and they were fast! You could see pride of work as they were doing the project. They were also on time each day, were there when they said they would be. AJ our project manager was awesome as well..Communicated frequently so we always knew what to expect. We are thrilled with our new home, siding is beautiful, this team is stellar! If we could give a 100 rating we would!"
