"They were professional and efficient. They drained and removed the tank, drained and capped fuel lines where they went into walls, and removed exterior pipes and patched the holes. Their price was lower than the other company I called."

"It was awesome. First of all, he measured the space and I thought his price was really reasonable for the work we wanted done. Then, he noticed some moisture issues and pointed them out to me. He told me that he wouldn't feel comfortable placing drywall in the basement if we didn't parge it first, and then he recommended a company to do that as well. We aren't quite ready to completely rip up the basement exterior walls quite yet, but when we are, I will be calling on Suncrest builders again.

"After having some pretty bad rains in the Baltimore area and my tenants informing me that the basement was leaking i searched out a few different companies and found MJ Home Services they have incredible reviews everywhere. Melissa was great and so were the guys that did the work. They sent me pictures over throughout the entire process and everything was done through email which made it so much easier for me. So far so good there's no leaking and my tenants are extremely happy . I would definitely hire MJ Home Services again."

"Very well. The crews were always prompt, professional and knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer any questions. They transferred recoverable oil from our old tank into the new one, and filled the old tank with concrete to the inspector's specifications and satisfaction, then connected the new tank to our furnace. We had a concern shortly after installation, which was addressed straightaway to our complete satisfaction."

"They came out today to provide an estimate on fixing a frozen pipe. They ran a snake through the pipe to see if anything was in the pipe causing the clog. They also checked our crawl space to see if they could access the pipe from that area, but unfortunately are not able to. They're going to have to remove the siding from the house, clear out the pipe, re-insulate it and replace the siding. Their estimate of $1,200 seems like a fair price. I especially liked the fact that they took off their shoes before entering the house. Everyone was very professional, prompt and courteous. I did pay them today for the snake service and inspection."

"Mr. Wilburn's crew showed up on time Thursday to rake my leaves. They had to reschedule when the weather turned unfavorable in the middle of their work. The crew returned Friday as promised to finish the work. Since I was at the office that, I could not hand them the check in person. Mr. Wilburn let me mail it. My contractor was in the house that day take care of a project and commented that the crew did an excellent job. I inspected the results afterwards and agree. Mr. Wilburn's company will be back next year to mow my lawn and take care of my other landscaping needs.

"Andrew and his crew have always done an outstanding job for us. He looks at every project with an eye towards drainage and keeping water away from the house--which was important in our case. Andrew also goes above and beyond and recommends options that are cost saving. Most recently, Andrew created a landscaping project for us in a very wet spot of our townhouse patio. We had a general idea of how we wanted it to look, and Andrew provided an exceptional option for cost savings in placing a circular stone slab down. The quality of work is consistently outstanding. "The job was finished quickly and the construction debris was cleaned up. The basement was cleaner than when he showed up. The next time we had a major rain I got some water in the basement again. Steve came back as soon as it was convenient for me. No problems since then. His guarantee was real, there was no charge for rhe come-back.
I will be calling to have Steve come back to expand the drainage system when I have other work done that exposes another section of the basement.
