They went above and beyond and did an extremely thorough job, they were respectful of the property and took the time to explain the processes involved in the project. I got quite an education. "I had a same day call from Century Pest Control about my request through Home Advisor, and they sent a technician that same afternoon. I had a hornet's nest about 30 feet up in the tree in my yard that I needed removed. Their technician, Ray, was prompt, friendly, and, faced with the difficult location, managed to spray the nest, used his ladder, and a borrowed 12 foot pole saw to cut the nest down from the tree and disposed of it. I am very pleased he was able to solve this situation for me very quickly. I definitely recommend Century Pest Control. It was a very positive experience with Century and their technician."
