"I needed to replace an old townhouse roof damaged by high winds. My experience with Roofing & More from my first contact with Marie was outstanding. Dwayne came a few days later and provided an estimate, complete explanation of roofing options and company polices, the insurance, license, pamphlets and documents. He also had a crew come out, the next morning, to put up some tarps. Angie keep me completely up-to-date on the project and scheduling, I was never left in the dark wondering about what was happening. Rob, Operations Manager, came out for a pre-construction meeting to explain exactly what and how the crew would perform the replacement, safety methods, home protection, cleanup and photo documentation during construction. On the day the work was performed the amazing hard working crew, led by Armando, worked as prescission drill team, continuously non-stop. They completely cleaned up all material that floated onto my neighbors areas. I did not find any debris that was overlooked. I was so impressed with Roofing & More that I have other projects for them."

The job of installing the Patio Door was a problem because of a previous improperly intalled roof which caused water damage to the top, left side panels of plywood and 2 by 4's around the framing had to be replaced. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

The actual work went perfectly as well.  Another member of the Mackay family attended the entire job and updated me during the day on his team's progress.  Further, he took many pictures of both the before/after aspects of the work and was more than willing to email/text them to me.  Also, each member of the crew was conscientious, and the overall job was high quality and completed by end-of-day, which is what was estimated.  Finally, the price I was quoted was the price I paid.  There were no surprises, adjustments, etc.  
Lastly, I was very impressed with Mackay's focus on customer satisfaction and personal service.  I have called them twice with follow-up questions, and each time my questions were answered by the Mackays directly, and all is well.

"This was the best exterior paint work I have ever had at my home in 33 years. The crew power washed all the exterior before proceeding. The fiberglass siding had algae growth and is now squeaky clean and bright. This work was contracted very late in October, which is well past normal painting season. The George's Paint organization provided a very large crew that completed the entire job in four days. I am so grateful that this winter my home is properly protected. The paint work is neat and I will see how long the mildew additive protects the finish. The crew was very well mannered and easy to deal with. We settled any questions on the spot.
