The firm seeks to employ only qualified individuals, who are continuously educated and trained on new products arriving on the residential market each year. We pride ourselves as a firm having been recognized time and again by local media, as well as a very prominent consumer organization, as a business providing service and installation procedures which are top rated for both price and quality.
"I was a loyal customer of Hoffacker's for 30 years and had been very satisfied. Unfortunately, my latest experience with the Hoffacker's team was horrible and I won't use their services going forward. The technicians were great. But the pricing ($450 for 40 minutes of service in my home) seemed very high. When I called to request a clarification for the charge, the service manager was rude, disrespectful and did not follow up when he promised to do so. On my third call back to discuss the issue with him, he rudely told me that the company does not want me as a customer and would take me off their customer list. I have never experienced anything like this in any customer service encounter (on any front). Rude. Disrespectful. Horrible customer service. Especially to a loyal, 30 year customer. I won't be giving them business going forward. And would never recommend them to any of my friends."
