"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"We had LV electric come out and take a look at a lighting issue in a part of our home.  They came out and suggested we change out our panel box as it was dated.  They were not pushy and their price was VERY reasonable for the amount of work they did.  They also put in recessed lighting on another date and did a flawless job.  Vincent was very responsive when we had a last minute lighting issue.  He squeezed us into his busy schedule and made us a priority.  This company is very honest and upfront.  Vincent takes the time to explain the process and we are glad to know we have a fair and honest company we can call on for our next project.

The owner, Ralph, is highly responsive (promptly answering texts and emails and providing a copious amount of relevant information) and exceedingly informed about the equipment he suggests. Ralph was extremely accommodating, fitting us into his already busy schedule so that our lives would not be unduly interrupted. Ralph remained at our home into early evening to review the operation of our new remote which operated all of our components. He was unfailingly patient and checked to make sure that we were completely comfortable with the system. In this day and age, it is not always guaranteed that one will have a positive experience with a business.
