I have not heard from contractor regarding work or refund and I am still waiting on my returned funds via PayPal. "

I negotiated to $450 only if he left the switch; later I found the exact model online for $17. Days later, a pro recommended by my remodel contractor finished the job properly for $300 in under two hours, with real tools, ethernet cables, and clean results. I’ll never use Angi for computer/network work again. Angi should show verified business addresses. High ratings here look suspicious. Avoid this company."
