He arrived promptly as scheduled and completed all the work in one day. Due to the recent unusual amount of rain; for the first time in 14 years, my crawl space took on over 14" of sub-surface water. I didn't even have a sump pump because I never needed one before. Tommy came out a few days before the major work was to begin and dug a temporary sump pump pit to get the water out. A few days later he came back and dug a 3-foot sump pump pit and installed it, removed and replaced my old vapor barrier, installed two new water heaters, a new dehumidifier, and a new pressure tank. It's been a week now and I've been checking my crawlspace regularly. Although it's continued to rain everything has remained dry. Best of all he warranted his work for 2 years. Even then he arrived within my two hour window. Both my kitchen drains were thoughly clogged. Shane was able to unclog both drains and install a new garbage disposal. One of the best experiences I have had with a plumber. Shane even laughed at my bad jokes.
