"Excellent customer service and top notch plumbing repairs. Shane, the plumber, was professional and thorough. He arrived on time, slipped on shoe covers to protect our floors, evaluated each job, explained the needed repairs, presented the costs, and got to work. He also took photos of each job (before, during and after) to track the progress. The photos were sent to us for our records. While the kitchen sink repair seemed complete before he left our home, we discovered a small drip when running the dishwasher that evening. Rachel, the office manager, immediately scheduled a new appointment and Shane resolved the problem. DBs Plumbing and Drain is our #1 choice for plumbing repairs."
