Curtis Ashton responded right away to our inquiry and was able to come out the same day. Replaced a faulty sump pump which so far is working well. Job took about two hours. I don't have a lot of other prices to compare to but I suspect Ashton is on par with others in the field. Curtis was friendly and courteous. I would recommend him to others

Told me the faucet pressure was fine. While it was better than in the past it still wasn't where it used to be before HD installed a dishwasher.

Timely in making repairs. Fair price. Curtis thought there may have been need for "snake" to declog drain. When installing garbage disposal, he realized problem was with disposal. Worked fairly. Did not come up with make-work projects to earn additional money. I would hire again.

Plumber replaced a garbage dispsal that didn't need replacing. Also replaced a kitchen fauset after claiming that replacement parts were no longer available (unable to verify if true). Overcharged for both parts and labor for all the work. We complain about the overcharges and he refunded $75. Later we discovered that the problem with the disposal was with the drain, which needed to be snaked out. We then wrote him a letter asking for refund of the cost of the disposal and the labor to install it. He refused. We would not recommend this plumber at all. Our experience was completely unsatisfactory.

"This customer called me saying the garbage disposal would not grind the food.She actually purchased her own she had it when i got there,but it was the wrong one.I agreed to get the right one for her and she had a faucett the make was not known we agreed on the price. Once the drain was open I told her it had alot of trash in it.She said she didnt want to pay for that.While I was working she said I need to find a way to get this price down.Everything checked out and worked fine.She called me a week later with a clogged drain but wanted a freeby and if she didnt get she would ruin my name.She tried to get free work.Ive encountered this before."
