"It is with deep satisfaction that I recommend Grady?s Painting and Plastering & Construction. Mr. George Grady is a skilled craftsman. He was hired to correct long neglected and extensive masonry and window issues on a large, beautiful Presbyterian Church built in the Civil War era in Philadelphia. The property was neglected with only minimal maintenance performed over the last 40+ years. The building was in severe decline and in need of stabilization and restoration on many fronts. Cracked ledge plates were chipped out and reestablished, internal walls damaged by leakage were broken out and repaired, brickwork was repointed and in severe cases reestablished to original strength and beauty. Leaks around the base of the building were addressed to stabilize deterioration of the foundation. Large rotted window sills under beautiful stained glass windows were restored after significant masonry reestablishment due to water damage under the rotted out sills. Broken and missing stained glass windows are in the process of repair and replacement. The process started with new metal frames cast by Mr. Grady. The new frames will hold clear painted replications of the original stained glass, also crafted by Mr. Grady. Regular windows all around the church and manse were also repaired and restored. Roof leaks were accurately identified and repaired. A sagging plaster ceiling has been torn out and restored. All this work was done by Mr. Grady alone or with an occasional helper. He worked with care, expertise and respect for the original structure. The results far exceeded our expectations and have injected new life into a building on the brink. This building, owned by the Presbytery of Philadelphia, now houses a new urban ministry in a newly gentrifying area of the city. Upon removing the concrete porch on my house, my contractor Curtis Barden found rotten wood and deteriorated block work. He suggested we call Chuck Hipp. Mr Hipp arrived that afternoon and gave me an estimate of $1250.00 and said if we prepped the area so his crew could get in and out it might be less. Curtis and I prepped the are on Tuesday and Hipp Masonry went to work the next afternoon. Mr. Hipp's crew were very professional. They did all block work after a careful inspection of the existing block for structural integrity. Not on member of the crew lit a cigarette or took any breaks, they were there to work.

After the job was done the crew removed all debris and other than the new block work you couldn't tell they were there. When I asked Chuck Hipp what the final bill was I was expecting $900.00-$1100.00. I was surprised when he said $700.00. They did a great job at an awesome price. I would recommend them to everyone I know that needs masonry work."

Everything went well.  Workers came and cleaned up.  No problems with installation.

If you want your windows done, call them.  If you are "thinking about it".  Don't call.  They will call you daily afterwards.  I had to block them from my phone as they continue to call me every 2 days for what I don't know.  Work was well but the phone calls are annoying.

" If there is one phrase would catch it all, it would be "On Time, On
Track, On Target". Dan and Brenda are the proud owners of Belletto
Construction, Inc. I stumbled across them after so many fail attempts of
finding the right people for the job. I got many outlandish quotes for
the  Deck & Pergola before them but each and every other
contractor seemed to pushy or too expensive with their quotes, the
combination didn't feel right !!   I don't know if I'm the only one but,
it's difficult to find trustworthy craftsman in the area especially for
this particular project. I didn't have much time in hand because I was
in the middle of changing military duty station in the process of
relocating to a new place about 1,000 miles out of state. Any one,
especially in the military would agree all that takes time, good
logistics and patience. My transition  had to be done within 3 weeks due
to time constrains. At Belletto's,  Dan the co-owner made an appointment to meet
within a reasonable time, "the next day !!!" We talk about the
project,  explained what I was looking for and  how important it need it
to be finished before the end of the month. That was answered with a 
"Can do". From the moment we set forth with the plan the parts arrived
within 4 days and the fence was up before the end of the week. A second
crew came down for the Deck; from the moment  the surveyed the land
through the completion of the second project was another 8 days  then a
third installer work with the Shower's Sliding Door. Let me explain that
all but one were installed flawlessly. The house was Custom made
therefore things like showers and bathtubs were special ordered but, we
found a problem. Door wouldn't fit properly. By then, I had to leave the
state trusting the job would get done efficiently and so it was. Dan
ordered a custom made tampered glass door and had it installed in no
time. From start to finish everything was done expeditiously against
arising adversities in a timely manner. Adding to that, Dan and family visited the job site routinely;
Belletto Construction, Inc. is now my go to company for any handy work
required without feeling worried of being over priced for labor and I
will gainfully employ them while I'm in or out of state because their
proven ability to deliver any time, any moment, efficiently,
