"Fantastic! My floors were in really rough condition before-hand. The entire third floor had carpet over it (we removed that ourselves prior to work being done), and the floors were a mess. They were stained several different colors, scuffed up, and had nail holes from the carpeting. The floors downstairs had numerous discolorations and scuffs as well. Jim McQuitty and team did a phenomenal job refinishing all of the floors and steps on the staircases. They look brand new. It's really an amazing difference.
Everyone was so friendly and professional and they did such a great job accommodating my schedule. It only took them 4 days to refinish each of the first, second, and third floor floors, but I had to have the work spread out over the course of almost two months due to my crazy work and personal schedule, and they were amazingly flexible and willing to work with me on the scheduling. Cat, who works in the main office, was fantastic and very responsive to my numerous questions and requests. Overall, I'm so impressed with this company and can't believe what an amazing job they did.
