He supposed to replace the floor and also replace the laminate, I paid for the job he made many excuses every time I paid $1100 for the laminate and floor, he started the job and asked for more money $450 for mold remove. He started the laminate and I could not verify the job because I worked. He left the tools in the room and it is still there because he did not back, the closets are not finished

Lordandre Christ Grant's specialty is fences. Believe him. He told me he could install ceiling fans. It took him over 5 weeks to install 5 fans and 3 of them are on the same frequency so they are virtually ineffective. He frequently said he would come by to work/install the fans yet was repeatedly a no show. Then when I tried to pin him down to a time, he said he would show up when it was convenient. Protect yourself. If you hire him, use him for what he says he is best at: Fences. And do not prepay before all of the work is done to standard and your satisfaction.
