We moved into our house about 3 years ago and the first thing we wanted to was get a heat pump. They were very friendly. When we were about to have the heat pump installed our sewer pipes backed up we ended up having to replace our sewer pipes and the heat pump at the same time. right after we bought the house. Both companies worked with us on some payment options without financing.

about a year later we wanted to get our heat pump removed from our basement. So we asked them to come out again to see how much it would cost to have it removed. It was the same guy who came out the first time. He told us that to remove it he would have to charge us about $3800. He told us not to have them do it because he didn't want to charge us that much. He recommended an alternative for us which worked out and save us a lot of money. I will always use New River Heating and Air for my projects because I know that they will do what's best for me not just their bottom line.

"I hired this company to replace a furnace and air conditioner in July. It took several weeks and phone calls to repair a problem with the installation. It then took a couple of weeks for them to return to set the unit up for winter. They continually used "were so darn busy as an excuse. They also agreed to install a garbage disposal even though they stated they usually did not do residential plumbing. They never found the time. So imagine my surprise when I saw they were advertising a residential plumbing special Angie's List. I have made a number of requests for the warranties for my units, to no avail. They may give you a good price, but after that, good luck."

Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. "Our furnace motor was making a loud noise, and Chris Suttles came by and diagnosed the problem shortly after I called. He fixed the problem that afternoon, and the furnace is now quieter than it's ever been. I asked him to come by the next week and give the furnace a tune-up and clean the heating ducts. When Chris opened one of the supply ducts, he found the inside of the ducts had a sticky, oil-like coating. I decided to replace the ductwork, and he replaced all of the ductwork in 2 days. The air coming out of our vents is now cleaner, warmer, and stronger."
