Floyds 4 Seasons Heating and Air Inc

I was looking for someone to look at my furnace and give me an estimate. Josh Floyd and Floyd's 4 all Seasons was the first name on the list I called him with some general questions and within minutes he was at my door. He told me the problem was the thermostat and went to the truck and brought in another he claimed was new. He then told us the amount we owed him was 159 for showing up and 150 for thermostat. After 3 days thermostat quit working. I never got a receipt or estimate to my email. When I finally reached Mr. Floyd (not answer phone) he said he would send another which was not received . I told him I was not happy with his work and wanted a refund. He wanted to argue the fact that I never saw him take new thermostat from a box or packaging. I want my 300 back.

Josh Floyd contacted me immediately after requesting through Angi. He was able to come in about 2 hours for a diagnosis. Left to get the required part and was back soon to conduct the repair. Very nice and professional. I strongly recommend their services.

Floyd’s Four Seasons heating and air did an excellent job installing my new heat pump. They even stayed over an hour or more after installation to make sure the system was running correctly. I would highly recommend this company if you need a new system or service.

It went perfectly. Josh responded quickly to my call, inspected the heat pump system and made recommendations. He was back the next day to install a new system, in addition to making a small, unforeseen plumbing repair. Josh is professional, communicates directly and is a nice guy. Josh did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up everything and hauled away old equipment. Price was very reasonable. They exceeded expectations. I am very satisfied with the work.

Experience was way above average. Company employee was professional and knew what he had to do to complete the job. He cleaned up after the job was done and put everything back where it belonged. He also looked at the whole system to make sure it was wired correctly. He did find a wire that was not right and he fixed it and that is why he looked at all the other wires. No other issues found. I would hire this company again in the future. Excellent Service.
