"The technician spent 3 times as long as he should have. Put a new condenser on the unit outside and told me the air handler that they had installed less than 5 years ago was so rusted he couldn't clean it. Tried like a use car salesman to convince me the entire system, 8 year old heat pump, and 5 year old air handler needed to be replaced soon. Obviously they needed work. Now, I don't trust these guys."

We moved into our house about 3 years ago and the first thing we wanted to was get a heat pump. They were very friendly. about a year later we wanted to get our heat pump removed from our basement. So we asked them to come out again to see how much it would cost to have it removed. It was the same guy who came out the first time. He told us that to remove it he would have to charge us about $3800. He told us not to have them do it because he didn't want to charge us that much. He recommended an alternative for us which worked out and save us a lot of money. I will always use New River Heating and Air for my projects because I know that they will do what's best for me not just their bottom line.

Late the night before it was scheduled to install the unit I called to go ahead and replace my second aging unit as well. To my surprise, his crew showed up and installed both units the next day. "I hired this company to replace a furnace and air conditioner in July. It took several weeks and phone calls to repair a problem with the installation. It then took a couple of weeks for them to return to set the unit up for winter. They continually used "were so darn busy as an excuse. They also agreed to install a garbage disposal even though they stated they usually did not do residential plumbing. They never found the time. So imagine my surprise when I saw they were advertising a residential plumbing special Angie's List. I have made a number of requests for the warranties for my units, to no avail. I called James at 8:20 am Saturday morning. He said he had two others ahead of me but would be at my house at 1:00 pm. He called at 12:50 to tell me he would be here in 5 minutes. He arrived at 12:55. What a pleasure to have someone show up on time, For the next 3+ hours, James worked on all three of my computers. The first computer had 6 viruses which were downloaded when we tried to download an internet game. James removed the viruses, showed me how to prevent this from happening in the future, and then correctly installed the internet game. IN addition, he updated all programs, removed unnecessary programs, and installed

new programs to improve the quality. Jim then did the same work on my other two computers, one of which was found to have 232 viruses.
I am not computer literate; therefore, I cannot recall the details of additional work James did on all 3 computers. All I know is the computers are running smoothly and quickly. The cost was very reasonable.
