On the day of the French drain and French drain extension installation, the crew was prompt and immediately started the job. I was pleased with their professionalism as well and they worked very hard to excavate the dirt and install the French drain components. Upon completion of the amazing work, I observed the workers reassembling my yard and also cleaned up my driveway of any loose rocks. "Wow! Let me start by saying I had several contractors come by to give me estimates on fixing some major concerns I’ve had in my yard for quite a while. I needed a professional who could complete everything I needed at a reasonable price. Well, Mr Julio Escobar (ET General Contractor Inc) was able to accommodate everything I needed done. He listened to everything I needed and provided excellent suggestions as to the right approach to do the job. This entailed re-sloping my backyard to direct water away from my house foundation and installing a drainage system in my backyard. My backyard was a barren wasteland that needed quite a bit of work. I had barely any grass on one side with many trees that I wanted removed in order to get more sunlight and allow grass to grow. Julio’s crew did an amazing job (cut down trees, removed all branch/log debris and grinded/ground the stumps down to the roots). His crew planted 29 Japanese Cedar trees along my fence line. My appreciation goes out to Julio Escobar for working with the nursery to get me all Japanese Cedars instead of the Leyland Cypress trees. Exactly what I wanted all along. God Bless you! He and his crew trucked in tons of river rock to lay around my pool and along the foundation in the back of the house and then laid, I forget how many, rolls of sod. These guys worked hard and in the worst heat of the summer. Lastly, but definitely not least he and his crew brought in clean topsoil and organic compost, grass seed, and fertilizer to cover my front yard (that also was a wasteland). After that he aerated the area and laid sod on the sides of my driveway so that there would be no run off when it rained. I can’t express enough how professional, courteous, and attentive Mr Escobar and his entire crew were throughout the entire job. I would definitely use them again for future projects. Crew memebers were exceptional.  They were on time, careful of my home and did their jobs efficiently and with the skill of the craftsmen they are.  They took pride in their work.  They cleaned up each day and left the site at the end very clean. 
This project came in on time and on budget.  There were issues to be addressed during the remodel, as there always is, when you start tearing out the old to bring in the new.  Each challenge was met and addressed promptly which helped to keep the project moving along and be completed in a timely fashion.
