John provided an in-depth home inspection of my plumbing and educated me on the importance of venting my sinks to avoid moisture buildup, mold, corrosion, and bad odors. He also found that one of my toilets needed a new flapper valve/lift rod and corrected me on how I was using my garbage disposal, advising me to only use it for light particles stuck to my plate. To assist with the upkeep of my plumbing, John recommended that I buy a drain cleaning kit and even called his dispatch to schedule another member of his team to repair my toilet's lift rod. "I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. "I was extremely impressed with the very fine service I recieved from J.E.S. Foundation Repair, Salem, Va. They installed a French drain behind my house and across a portion of my yard in Oct. 2021. They were very professional and courteous from the rep they sent to assess the situation to the very efficient appointment updates as to when they would start the job. The crew called ahead when they were on the way and arrived right on time and also finished the job on time.
