"On Christmas Eve, with 8 degrees, a pipe burst in my son's house, flooding the wall and floors. I called Sullivan Plumbing and left a message. Knowing that every plumber in town would be swamped, I had to have faith I'd hear back. At 9 PM I got a call from Will, who explained they had been going full bore all day, but said he would try to get there that night. I told him no, because he and the other techs were exhausted and cold. He made arrangements with my son to have a tech come at 9 AM on Christmas morning. Liam was there on time and ready to work, fixed the pipe, wrapped it to make sure it did not freeze again, and was an absolute lifesaver! "I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"
