I called him on a Mon morning after discovering on Sat my water heater was leaking, not knowing if this was an emergency or not, as I still had hot water. The 24/7 plumbing company I called on Sat never answered or called back, so I found the excellent reviews on Prestige Plumbing and called them. Todd called back immediately, and swung by my house to evaluate the problem, and found it was indeed an emergency. He took the necessary action to stop the leak, juggled his schedule, and came back the next afternoon to replace my rusted out water heater. In addition, he added an expansion tank, replaced a pipe, added a pan under my tank to catch future leaks, ran a pipe from that pan through my garage wall to the outside yard for drainage, replaced the strapping that stabilized my tank to the wall (it's on a platform), hauled off my old tank, and left the area clean. He would have done a tankless heater for me, but as my house was not vented properly for it, it would have entailed much more work and money, and he could not honestly recommend it. I so appreciate Todd's promptness, honesty, professionalism and work ethic, and he now has a customer for life.

Todd and his son did a redo on our water filters and softener plus filters and replumbed the whole system , in the past they also lined my deep well pump to eliminate iron , I would highly recommend Tods company to do anyones plumbing, and in the near future will have him replace our water heaters with tankless type... all was done in record time no trips back and forth to a supply house, they. come prepared. Todd was exceptionally knowledgable on the job and great at communication leading up to our appointment. We had to wait a few days to get into his schedule, but that's exactly what one wants in a service-related field...someone who is busy! We also appreciate his detailed invoice and absolutely fair price. It is rare to find a plumber who is so professional and also of the highest quality who has reasonable rates AND is a local businessman that we can support (rather than a franchised company). We have another bathroom & kitchen remodel on the horizon and will 100% use Prestige Plumbing for all of our needs... wouldn't dream of using anyone else from here on out! We will definitely refer him with our highest recommendation to friends whenever we can.

Not only did Todd install our garbage disposal but my husband talked to him about replacing our 2 water heaters. After talking with Todd we decided on a tankless water heater and a water softener system. He explained pros and cons in detail to us before we made our final decision. He was very prompt, courteous and did an awesome job. He is a top notch, professional gentleman. Would highly recommend him to do your plumbing needs. We will definitely call on him again!

Todd has been our plumber since Feb. 2010. Our house was built in 1960. After fixing several water leaks, we had him replace all of our waterlines in Oct. 2011. Then in Feb. 2012, our drain field stopped up. He dug up distribution box, flushed out the lines, and got it working again. Then, at the end of last Sept. into the first week of Oct. 2015, he completely remodeled our bathroom after snakes were getting in. It was old and terrible. Now, it is absolutely beautiful. I did not get a bathtub, but rather a walk-in ceramic tiled shower, ceramic tiled floor, sheetrocked walls and ceiling, new sink, light fixtures and plumbing. We kept our toilet because it was only a few years old from Lowe's that my husband bought, and he liked it because it is high off the floor and he didn't want anything else. We are extremely happy with all of the work. Todd and his staff are honest, trustworthy, and perform high-quality work. We rented a suite at Affordable Corporate Suites in Waynesboro during the remodeling, and nothing was bothered in our home. Todd is honest and upfront about what he is going to do and the cost. Financing is available to those who qualify, with a very low interest rate. I highly recommend him and his staff for all plumbing work and remodeling.

Todd came here the night we called. He had a full schedule, but arrived at 7pm and got the hot water working again. It was complicated due to an unknown electrical outage and involved lots of time in a crawlspace, finding alternative ways to get power, and then fix the unit so it would not blow the fuse. He got it going by 9pm, then arranged to come back in daylight and do aditional work. Top quality guy who cares about his clients,
