This meant an adjustment to the scope of the job and the budget. Randy explained it all to me and we went ahead with the project.  After he stabilized the foundation walls, he leveled them for proper installation of the door and installed the concrete pad.  The door had to be ordered and when it came in Randy installed it and the result is beautiful.  I couldn't be more pleased!
