"The JES crew from Salem, VA did a wonderful job. Calvin Coffey, Keinan Hambrick, and Eric Phelps were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They inspired confidence. Their work was systematic, organized, and careful. They paid attention to the details, so the finished product looks good and should function as promised. They didn't cut corners, and cleaned up at the end of each day, which we greatly appreciated. They worked VERY hard but never complained, always maintaining that professional attitude. "Mr. Hudson and his wife were absolute professionals, and their work was excellent. Mr. Hudson provided a written estimate that was thorough and fair. He was completely responsive throughout the process -- always returning calls and texts promptly. We had a miscommunication about when the work was to be completed, and when I explained that I needed the work done Wednesday rather than Friday, Mr. Hudson and his wife rearranged their schedules and worked extra hours to make it happen. They also provided good advice about what paints to use, gave me painting tips, and loaned me tools while they worked! I recommend them very highly. And my house looks beautiful (and the patch in the kitchen ceiling is invisible).

"My wife and I built a house in 2019 and was undecided on if we wanted to hard surface our driveway so we decided to hold off. As we moved into spring/summer 2020 we decided to move forward with hard surfacing our driveway. After receiving 2 asphalt quotes I reached out to Chris with Extreme Design and he not only provided a competitive quote for asphalt he also provided a concrete quote. My wife and decided to go with concrete, and we are happy with that decision. Chris and his team showed up on time, had the proper equipment and seasoned man power and delivered an awesome driveway for us. If we ever need any other hard surfacing done we will be calling Chris and team!!!"

"Adam came for the original estimate. He was knowledgeable, professional and answered my questions. We set a date for the work and he advised I would be called the day before with details. No call so I called and left a message. My call was returned promptly by Amanda with many apologies. She explained that the company was going thru a bit of a change. I was very appreciative of her honesty. She gave me the numbers for the roofing supplier and another client to assure me all would go well. She certainly kept her word and the work was done in a timely manner. She came to my home several times and called throughout the day to make sure everything was running smoothly. We needed to do some adjustment to the original price and we were able to come to a satisfactory agreement.
My only concern was that I am still picking up nails and staples in my yard. They did go around with a magnet and blew off the roof but
I am still picking up debris.
Amanda showed a great deal of integrity. I would use this company again.
