"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. Thrilled with their exceptional work, we discussed adding a dream screen porch and deck. The estimate was too good to pass up, so we went ahead. The results were nothing short of spectacular. The screen porch was beautifully integrated with the roof joists, and the deck, built on sturdy 6x6 posts and attached to the house, was a masterpiece. The porch featured custom wiring for lights, a ceiling fan, and outdoor floodlights, with a stunning tongue-and-groove pine ceiling stained in a glossy walnut finish. Isai returned to vent and wire the microwave, install LED lighting, and add a sconce light. He even refinished the ceiling and windows. After removing the cabinets, Isai didn’t miss a beat, finishing the ceiling, painting the trim and windows, and installing a beautiful tile backsplash. When we realized our old appliances didn’t match the newly renovated space, Isai went above and beyond, helping us select and purchase new appliances and offering to install them.
