"This company is EXCELLENT. They did a great job refinishing hardwood floors. The team was very professional and kept me updated through out the process. The work was also reasonably priced and estimated correctly down to the penny. They also followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied, including repainting all my baseboards. Again, Excellent experience with the company. I highly recommend them."

"After 18 years of good care, we decided to change our home carpet. This is the second time, D&S Floor Covering has help me with carpet projects. We came back because of the great job Masood and his team did for us the first time with our basement project. We are so glad we came back to D&S Flooring Covering! They did an amazing job!!!! We feel like in a new home! The team was great, very professional, on-time and they left everything so clean. Thank you Masood, and to your team for the AMAZING job you did!"

"The floors look great, no problem there. Sanding dust was well-contained and cleaned up. However the scheduling (and communication about it) was a problem. The work was finally begun after three delays, totaling nine days, after initially-promised start date. With two of those delays, Larry did not initiate contact; I called him to check when he would arrive. He said delays were caused by family issues and no-show workers. His floor work is great, but time management and communication need to be better."

"Let me start by saying I am a DIYer and was going back-and-forth in my head on whether I was going to do this job myself. However, I know that sanding hardwood floors is a scale and if you mess it up you have to live with that mistake. I researched local Fredericksburg hardwood floor resurfacing companies and found capital flooring. Nelson responded to my request within 30 minutes and came out that same day to give me a price quote. I was surprised at the cost of the total job. I was even a little skeptical at first. I’ve talk to locals who’ve stated there are some real scams out there. THIS IS NOT A SCAM! We scheduled a date and his crew showed up on time the morning of. It’s incredible how fast they work and how exceptionally well the floors look. They are very professional and proficient. They put plastic up all around the areas that accessed other rooms to keep the dust down. They even forewarned me every time they were turning the machine on because it’s loud. I’m so glad I hired capital flooring and I am exceptionally pleased with the product. They sanded off the top layer of my hardwood floors, mixed a stain that matched my new vinyl floors, and applied two coats of oil based polyurethane for the finish. They also installed, and stained flush registers for my exposed ducts and stained new transition pieces to go from hardwood to vinyl flooring. I have already recommended capital flooring to multiple friends and will continue to do so!"

"EXCELLENT ?yes we would recommend them very professional we are getting ready for project #2 Will post PICS...floors were done in a very timely manner."

"The crew did a great on my floor One concern they might to clean the walls after completion of the sanding of floors but a great job of the floor."

"Javier and his team did an awesome job.  They arrived promptly each day and made sure that all of my kitchen cabinets and other furniture throughout the mail level were covered with a protective plastic sheet to minimize the amount of cleanup afterward.  The floors now look fantastic.  Javier is very professional and worked hard to ensure that the floors met my expectations.  I would highly recommend Madera Floors to my friends.

"I recently did a home remodel, which included installing hardwood floors. JCM came highly recommended by one of my friends, so I contacted them for an estimate. Marlon came out very soon after I contacted him, was early to the appointment, took measurements, and gave me a quote the same day. He answered all of my questions and was very responsive. I used reclaimed maple hardwood and they had no issues installing it (and were very selective in which pieces they used). The floors were sanded down and they put down sample stains so I could see what the finish would look like on the actual floor. Marlon’s crew was amazing. They were kind and did an excellent job. Marlon worked with me on the details (like what type of trim piece to put on the threshold - showing me the actual options so I could visualize what it would look like) and was very helpful with all of my questions. JCM is meticulous with their work and very prompt with communicating. I would highly recommend them for your floori"

"We were extremely satisfied with the result.  Our floors look completely new.  They did a lot of repairs, replaced broken pieces, filled gaps, sanded old wood thoroughly, added new flooring in the closet, applied 2 coats of stain, 2 coats of Polyurethane.  They worked with my schedule. Father and son work together.  They are reliable and work extremely hard.  I highly recommend them.
