"Excellent cleaning by Anthony Garcia. Mr Garcia took time and care in thoroughly cleaning the chair. Loveseat, and carpet. Some areas of the carpet were especially worn and soiled, such as a path from family room to kitchen. After cleaning, this area looked just like the rest of the clean carpet-- no soiled or dark area. I think the key to Mr Garci's work is " care." He took a great deal of care cleaning the chairs and the carpet. I also appreciated Mr. Garcia's willingness to discuss and explain various parts of the cleaning process. "I bought a 5 room carpet cleaning package through Angie's List for $175.  First time using this service and this vendor.  The property is a nice quality rental townhouse in Chantilly with 2 floors of  4-year old wall to wall in fair to poor condition.  Greg at Superior Fabric promptly called me to discuss and schedule the service.  I told him I thought the house had 6 areas (2 lg BR, a dining/living combo, 2 halls) and a set of stairs and that I was considering getting new carpet because the condition was so bad - however I wanted to try to clean it first. I told him I did not expect the package price would cover all the services I needed.  I wanted the best he could do to salvage the carpet. He informed me the stairs would be extra and any pretreatment of stains.  Two technicians arrived promptly on the appointed day and walked through the house with me.  They agreed it was bad but thought they could improve it.  They spent extra time treating all the stains and extra effort cleaning and then drying the carpet.  It was a HUGE improvement.  I am very impressed.  Only 2 or 3 stains remain and they appear to be makeup or something very permanent.  At the end of the work they suggested, but did not push, to apply a spray protectant which I accepted.  I hope to get one or two more cleanings out of the carpet before replacing.  After they finished I asked them to rank the condition of the carpet before they started.  On a scale of 10 with 10 being the worst I was told it was an 8.  I certainly recommend Superior Fabric if you have the type of condition that I had.

"We were extremely satisfied with the result.  Our floors look completely new.  They did a lot of repairs, replaced broken pieces, filled gaps, sanded old wood thoroughly, added new flooring in the closet, applied 2 coats of stain, 2 coats of Polyurethane.  They worked with my schedule. Father and son work together.  They are reliable and work extremely hard.  I highly recommend them.
