Randy was very responsive, provided a free estimate for refinishing the wood floor of my home. The crew worked very hard and got the job was done earlier than expected. The price was very reasonable, and Randy suggested only sanding the first floor, while screening the 2nd floor, which saved some money for me. I appreciate the team's excellent work!

The entire project went very well and the completed job is beautiful. Yes, things happen in day to day life that we can't control regarding not having electricity and they resheduled and still came out later that afternoon completing the job the same day. I'm going to have some more work done by them in the future, yes, they are a keeper.

The work was done quickly and efficiently, using far less product than we expected, saving us $$! The only quibble is that our installer had a flat tire on his way to the job, but we didn't have his info beforehand to be notified. Once he showed up everything was great!

I am so pleased with the hardware refinishing work provided by FloorTech! Randy came out to provide the free estimate. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. When we asked him for his recommendation between refinishing vs. laminate or vinyl, he gave great pros and cons on both that helped us make a decision. Their pricing was reasonable and when we asked if there were any specials, they had one to offer, which dropped the price a little more. Once we decided to go with their company, Randy was very responsive. He called and informed us, the night before, that their equipment had issues so we pushed the start date one day. I appreciated this because he could have waited to the morning but didn't -thats customer service. The team was on time and did a great job. The machine had a bag on it so there was minimal dust from the stripping and they taped up key areas to reduce dust. We didn't know what color stain we wanted so they heard our ideas and showed us 3 colors on the floor. We asked for their opinion and.went with their suggestion -so glad we did as the floor color is beautiful! The job was expected to last 3 days but the team got it all finished in 1 day! I definitely recommend FloorTech to others.

The crew did a great on my floor One concern they might to clean the walls after completion of the sanding of floors but a great job of the floor.
