Jimmy and his team sanded the floors and stairs, meticulously replaced boards where there was a squeak, and refinished them with a beautiful satin finish.  In addition, they installed new baseboard throughout the house.  The window shades, built-in cabinets, and shelves were carefully covered to reduce dust, so when they left, the floors were clean and minimum dusting was required. "Magni Flooring made the whole project as stress free as it could be. They referred me to the hardwood flooring provider that they use. Provider had a wide array of selections - if you couldn't find a flooring that you liked there, you couldn't find one. I was kept informed all along the way as to what was going to happen and when. Work took 3 days. Workman cleaned up every night and at the end - I had no cleaning to do when they finished. They were also very considerate as I was on a leg scooter, having fractured a bone in my foot and unable to walk. This is the third hardwood flooring installation I've had done. One of the other providers did a sloppy job, and the other, did a great job, but had limited inventory in the wood that I was matching. I feel that Magni Flooring had it all and highly recommend."
