Best floor sanding pros near Springfield, VA

"The flooring installation was great. The selection looks good and was done as discussed during consultation. My tenants are thrilled with the new flooring."

"Our floor was in bad shape from large dogs we’ve had over the years. Prospect flooring came in and sanded and restained the floors and they looked like new. I highly recommend these pros for the job."

"I am extremely pleased with the work performed by Kustom Floors who restored my hickory floors with an amazing Rubio Monocoat finish which brought out the rich variations of the wood with the deep glow and warmth of the hickory, which is a very hard and beautiful wood. Not only did they understand the care required in the sanding of the floor, but their finish trim work in some difficult areas was flawless."

"I am extremely pleased with the results. Dan and his crew were very professional and honest in their interactions with myself and my wife. They started the project and finished when they said they said they would. Again I want to say I was extremely pleased with the work performed (refinishing floors and stair)."

"Magni Flooring made the whole project as stress free as it could be. They referred me to the hardwood flooring provider that they use. Provider had a wide array of selections - if you couldn't find a flooring that you liked there, you couldn't find one. I was kept informed all along the way as to what was going to happen and when. Work took 3 days. Workman cleaned up every night and at the end - I had no cleaning to do when they finished. They were also very considerate as I was on a leg scooter, having fractured a bone in my foot and unable to walk. This is the third hardwood flooring installation I've had done. One of the other providers did a sloppy job, and the other, did a great job, but had limited inventory in the wood that I was matching. I feel that Magni Flooring had it all and highly recommend."

"We had an outstanding experience with Prospect Hardwood Flooring from start to finish. From the initial estimate and contract to preparation, execution, progress updates, accommodating change requests, and final follow-up, everything was handled professionally and seamlessly. Jodi kept communication clear and timely, always explaining the process and setting expectations properly. Mike was a pleasure to work with and genuinely committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We refinished about 2,000 sq ft of living space. The team carefully moved furniture, patiently worked with us on stain selection, and paid great attention to detail when patching, sanding, coloring, and filling gaps. The result truly feels like a brand-new home. The new color and finish look even better than we imagined. We’re extremely happy and highly recommend them."

"I cannot speak highly enough of Naulas Floors. We have hired them three times to redo our floors following water damage or just mitigating the wear and tear. They are very conscientious and detail oriented in the work so we never have to worry about specifics. They are always very considerate and efficient, timely and punctual, and always keep the house clean after they work. They have also been very responsive in times of emergencies, which is a relief. They are our go-to specialists. I highly recommend them!"

"INCREDIBLE WORK AND STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I cannot say enough good things about Aaron, the owner of AG Construction, and his crew! Aaron called me back immediately and was at my house the next day. His bid was the lowest, and his visit was also the best. He listened, discussed what I wanted, discussed stain colors, and never tried to upsell me. He was kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and put me at ease right away. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and there were no surprises. My kitchen, dining room, and living room floors hadn't been touched in 15+ years and had endured kids, pets, traffic, and spills. Aaron and his team sanded and refinished them, and they look incredible! The lighter color completely brightened the rooms. They also did extensive prep to contain dust, protected the rest of the house, and cleaned everything thoroughly when finished. The crew was professional, respectful, and did beautiful work. I smile every time I see my floors. :) AMAZING job!"

"So glad to have Lux flooring install my wood floor. They did a beautiful job taking great care in stabilizing the sub floor and finishing the edges. The floor is beautiful, Juan and Santos are artists and real craftsman. Thank you, great job!"
